The Center for Legal Support of Land Users  (CLSLU) formed in 2002 by Mr. Victor Shchelokov, was the first specialized company, and today is  the apparent leader in the market of legal services on any land law issues in St.Petersburg and North-Western region in general. The Company is regularly implementing innovation projects at the requests of its clients.

Victor Shchelokov gives lectures for broad audience adn for specialists in Russia and abroad. Recently he delivered a lecture as an ivited speaker in Oxford University. He is a regular expert of RBC TV, STO, RTR, 5th kanal  Petersburg channels. Sixteen consulting and analytical books written by V. Shchelokov were published by Eksmo publishing house.  Some of  his books have been republished six times in the Russian Federation. His articles covering burning topics of land relations in Russia are published in central business newspapers of Russia: Kommersant, Delovoy Peterburg, Vedomosty, RBC daily.

CLSLU fulfils orders of  major commercial companies (RAO RZD - Russian Railways, Savings Bank of Russia), consults Siemens Eastern Europe corporation on execution of rights to the land plots in the Russian Federation.

Presently the Center for Legal Support of Land Users is the only organization in St.Petersburg and North-Western Russia (about 8 million inhabitants), engaged in comprehensive resolution of land relations, backing of land transactions, investment projects, including those connected with foreign companies and individuals.

The specialists of the Center for Legal Support of Land Users regularly act as experts on all land law matters and real estate rights, on investment and development issues at exhibitions, conferences and round tables. Interaction with specialized international companies engaged in the sale of real estate in the countries of European Union, Northern America and United Arab Emirates enables the concerned buyers or sellers to optimize the operations on the foreign real estate market, and to offer a set of high quality services to all market participants.
